A&I Fire & Water Restoration is a full-service general contractor specializing in quality insurance repairs and property restoration. We have an unlimited general contractor's license so we can take care of claims ranging from a few hundred dollars up to multi-million dollar jobs.

Incorporated in 1974 by contractors Billy Alford and Danny Isaac, thus Alford/Isaac, A&I Fire & Water Restoration rapidly became the one-stop shop for Coastal North Carolina and Coastal South Carolina residents and business owners facing major home or commercial insurance repairs. We can handle everything from packing and taking inventory of your possessions, cleaning and storing your contents, to demolition and complete structural restoration and reconstruction. We offer 7x24x365 emergency services. Further, our Mold Remediation Division travels across the entire state of both North Carolina and South Carolina.

A&I Fire & Water Restoration is headquartered in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Both Billy Alford and Danny Isaac grew up in the Myrtle Beach area and are still very active in the community.

Our second office opened after Hurricane Fran and is located in Wilmington, North Carolina.
