Jonathan Konkel
Director of Sales & Marketing
Jonathan Konkel is the Director of Sales and Marketing at A&I Fire And Water Restoration. Born in North Dakota, Jonathan’s roots run deep as both of his parents were also born and raised in the same state. His father’s background in the military, particularly as a submariner, led Jonathan to grow up along the scenic East Coast.
In the Spring of 2002, Jonathan settled in the vibrant city of Myrtle Beach, making it his home. He is a loving husband and father, cherishing his incredible wife and their beautiful three-year-old son. Fortunate to have his parents nearby, Jonathan also enjoys the company of his younger sister, her husband, and their cherished fur baby, residing in Maryland.
Jonathan has had an illustrious and fulfilling career in the Hospitality industry, primarily focusing on hotels, for over twenty-five years. Even after becoming a father and experiencing the challenges of the Covid era, he remained committed to pursuing his passion for Hospitality and sought a company with robust leadership and strong growth prospects.
Joining A&I in April 2021, Jonathan found a perfect fit for his career aspirations. The profession allows him to be creative and maintain and foster relationships, which holds significant importance in his life. Hospitality has been the driving force behind his life’s journey, and it continues to play a pivotal role in his current role at A&I.
Helping people and organizations in their times of need is a rewarding aspect of Jonathan’s profession. He finds joy in being able to turn around traumatic or stressful situations and bring smiles to people’s faces. Jonathan’s commitment to the field is further solidified by his academic achievements, holding a BS in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, as well as possessing a Real Estate license.
As the Director of Sales and Marketing, Jonathan Konkel’s dedication and passion contribute to the success of A&I, and he looks forward to making a positive impact on the lives of others for many years to come.
